31 October: Following a free prize draw, Designers Saturday has announced that Kendra Marschall, Marketing Executive at the British Interior Design Association (BIDA), is the lucky winner of its Treasure Hunt competition, winning a luxury weekend away in Berlin.
The fantastic trip for two includes two nights accommodation at the five-star Hotel Concorde Berlin, located just off the fashionable Kurfuerstendamm district in the heart of the city. Designed by renowned architect Jan Kleihues, the Hotel Concorde Berlin is famous for its elegant, understated and minimalist design.
Entrants to the Treasure Hunt competition had to hunt down answers to eleven questions, one for each of the participating showrooms in Designers Saturday.
Designers Saturday returned to London in September for the first time in 20 years and saw hundreds of people from the architecture and design community visiting eleven showrooms which showcased the very latest in office furniture design.
